Week 2: Spont. happiness

Week 2's goals are:
Have had a complete physical in last 5 years ¥
Review drug and OTC medications ¥
Observe and reduce caffeine use: (M- 1 iced Capp, 2 choc),
Look at Anti-Inflammatory diet. Reduce dependence on refined, processed and manufactured foods (in other words, starve?)
List friends who have good eating habits. Try to spend more time with them.
Take fish oil. Take FISH OIL? .
Take vitamin D
Start a daily exercise routine, even if it only walking for half hour
Spend time with friends who have a good exercise routine.
Try 4-7-8 breathing technique
Enjoy fresh flowers

My goal: do two of the above - hey you've got to start somewhere, right?
